October 19, 2005, Tollgrade Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLGD) today reported revenue of $16.8 million and earnings of $0.12 per share for the third quarter ended September 24, 2005. In comparison, revenue and earnings per share for the third quarter of 2004 were $13.6 million and a loss of ($0.02) per share, respectively.

July 20, 2005 –Tollgrade Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLGD) today reported revenue of $17,091,786 and earnings of $0.09 per share for the second quarter ended June 25, 2005. In comparison, revenue and per share results for the second quarter of 2004 were $15,465,810 and a loss of ($0.01) per share, respectively.
